During 21 ? 22 Sep, the Easterly wave prevails over the lower Northeast, the Central and, the East, and the Gulf while the weak southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Western Thailand and the Gulf. Thundershowers are likely in the country and isolated heavy rains are possible in ther lower Northeastern, the Central including Bangkok Metropolitan Region and the East, while very heavy rain in the South. The wind and waves in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf are about 1 meter,above 2 meters in thundershowers. During 23 ? 27 Sep, the monsoon trough lies across the lower Central, Bangkok Metropolitan Region, the East and the upper South. Meanwhile, the southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf will be strengthen. Isolated heavy rains are likely in the Central, Bangkok Metropolitan Region , the East region. Isolated very heavy rains are likely in the South. The wind and wave in the Andaman Sea are 1 - 2 meters high and above 2 meters in thundershowers while the wave in the Gulf has about 1 meter high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.

People in the lowe Northeastern, the Central, Bangkok Metropolitan Region, and the East should beware of heavy to very heavy rains that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers throughout the period.
