General Situation

The monsoon trough lies across the lower North, the upper Central and the Northeast into the tropical depression over over the middle South China Sea. Meanwhile the moderate southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea and the Gulf. There remain thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in the the East regions and the South(west coast). People should beware of the severe conditions that may cause flash floods and overflows. All transports take more caution. For the Andaman Sea, waves are 1-2 meters high and more than 2 meters high in thundershowers. The Gulf has waves about 1 meter high and more than 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers. In addition, the active low-Pressure Cell over the middle South China Sea was intensify to tropical depression. It is expected to make landfall over middle Vietnam during 25 - 26 Sep 2023. It will then weaken to an active low pressure cell and will move pass upper Thailand follow the monsoon trough during 26 ? 29 Sep 2023. More rainfall are likely in the whole country and scattered heavy rains to isolated very heavy rains are possible in the North, the Northeast, the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, the East and the South.

Central
Isolated thundershowers mostly in Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Lopburi, Saraburi, Nakhon Pathom, Samut Sakhon and Samut Songkhram. Minimum temperature 24-25 C. Maximum temperature 34-37 C. Variable winds 10-20 km/hr.
Eastern
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 33-35 C. Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and more than 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla and Yala. Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 32-35 C. Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and more than 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Ranong, Phangnga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun. Minimum temperature 24-25 C. Maximum temperature 31-32 C. Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and more than 2 meters in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Scattered thundershowers. Minimum temperature 25-26 C. Maximum temperature 33-34 C. Variable winds 10-20 km/hr.
