General Situation

The moderate monsoon trough lies across the upper South, the Gulf and the East to the active low pressure area which are likely move to coast of Vietnam while the high-pressure system covers the upper North and the Northeast of Thailand. At the same time, the southwest monsoon remains across the Andaman Sea, the lower South and the lower Gulf. Thundershowers are likely in the country and isolated heavy to very heavy rains are possible in the South and the East. People in the South should beware of the severe condition that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. All transport take more caution. The waves in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf are likely 1-2 meters high and more than 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.

Isolated thundershowers mostly in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Samut Songkhram and Samut Sakhon. Minimum temperature 23-27 C. Maximum temperature 31-35 C. Easterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Eastern
Isolated thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 33-35 C. Easterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and more than 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Prachuap Khiri Khan,Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 32-35 C. Prachuap Khiri Khan upwards : Variable winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and more than 2 meters in thundershowers. Chumphon downwards : Southwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and more than 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rain in Ranong, Phang Nga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun.. Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 30-32 C. Westerly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and 1-2 meters in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Isolated thundershowers. Minimum temperature 24-28 C. Maximum temperature 32-34 C. Easterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
