General Situation

The weak high-pressure system covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea lead to the easterly and the southeasterly winds prevail over the lower Northeast, the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity and the East. Thundershowers are likely in the upper country and isolated heavy rains are possible in the Central and the East. In addition, the monsoon trough lies across the upper South, the southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the lower South and the lower Gulf. Heavy rains are also possible in the South. People should beware of the severe conditions that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. The waves in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf are likely about 1 meter high and more than 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.

Northeastern
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Nakhon Phanom, Chaiyaphum, Khon Kaen, Maha Sarakham, Roi Et, Yasothon, Mukdahan, Amnat Charoen, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buriram, Surin, Sisaket and Ubon Ratchathani. Minimum temperature 22-25 C. Maximum temperature 32-34 C. Easterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Central
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Kanchanaburi, Suphanburi, Lopburi, Saraburi, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya and Ratchaburi. Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 31-35 C. Southeasterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Eastern
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Nakhon Nayok, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 32-34 C. Southeasterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and more than 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 32-34 C. Surat Thani upwards : Variable winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and more than 2 meters in thundershowers. Nakhon Si Thammarat downwards : Southwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and more than 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Phang Nga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun. Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 32-34 C. Westerly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and more than 2 meters in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Scattered thundershowers. Minimum temperature 25-27 C. Maximum temperature 32-35 C. Southerly winds 10-20 km/hr.
