General Situation

Another moderate high-pressure system from China covers the upper Northeast, expected to extend to the lower Northeast, the upper Central and the upper North by today (13 November 2023). At the same time, the easterly wind prevails over the East, the lower Central and the South while the low-pressure cell to covers the lower South. Thundershower with gust are likely in the North, the Central, Bangkok and vicinity and the East while isolated heavy rain in the South. People in the upper country should beware of severe conditions by keeping off outdoor places, big trees and unsecured billboards and all transport take more caution. People in the South should beware of heavy to very heavy rains and accumulations that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. The waves in the Gulf are likely 1 - 2 meters high, the Andaman Sea are about 1 meter high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.

Isolated thundershowers mostly in Loei, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buriram, Surin and Sisaket. Minimum temperature 22-24 C. Maximum temperature 33-35 C. Northeasterly winds 10-30 km/hr.
Central
Scattered thundershowers with gust in Suphanburi, Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Chainat, Lopburi, Saraburi, Singburi, Ang Thong, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Kanchanaburi,Ratchaburi, Nakhon Pathom, Samut Sakhon and Samut Songkhram. Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 32-34 C. Easterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Eastern
Scattered thundershowers with gust in Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi, Sa Kaeo, Chonburi and Rayong. Minimum temperature 24-25 C. Maximum temperature 32-34 C. Easterly winds 10-30 km/hr. Wave below 1 meter and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rain in Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 29-33 C. Easterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in Ranong, Phang Nga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun. Minimum temperature 24-25 C. Maximum temperature 28-31 C. Easterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Scattered thundershowers with gust. Minimum temperature 25-26 C. Maximum temperature 32-34 C. Easterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
