General Situation

The moderate high-pressure system covers the Northeast and the South China Sea. At the same time, the easterly wind prevails over the East, the lower Central and the South. Isolated hundershower are likely in the North, the Central, Bangkok and vicinity and the East. Morning cool and isolated light rains are in the Northeast while isolated heavy rain are in the South. People in the upper country should beware of severe conditions. People in the South should beware of heavy rains and accumulations that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. The waves in the Gulf are likely 1-2 meters high, the Andaman Sea are about 1 meter high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers. In addition, during 16?19 November 2023, another strong high-pressure system from China will extend to Thailand. Thundershowers are likely in the upper country for the first period then a decrease in temperature with strong wind. A decrease in temperature by 5?7 C is likely in the Northeast , a decrease in 4-6 C is likely in the North while a decrease in 2?4 C in temperature is likely in the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity and the East.

Northeastern
Morning cool with windy. Isolated light rains mostly in the lower part. Minimum temperature 20-22 C. Maximum temperature 33-34 C. Northeasterly winds 10-30 km/hr.
Central
Isolated thundershowers mostly in Uthai Thani, Suphan Buri, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Nakhon Pathom, Samut Sakhon and Samut Songkhram. Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 33-34 C. Easterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Eastern
Isolated thundershowers mostly in Prachinburi, Sa Kaeo, Chonburi and Rayong. Minimum temperature 24-25 C. Maximum temperature 34-35 C. Easterly winds 10-30 km/hr. Wave below 1 meter and 1-2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammaratม Phatthalung, Songkhla and Pattani. Minimum temperature 23-24 C. Maximum temperature 30-32 C. Easterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in Ranong, Phang Nga and Krabi. Minimum temperature 24-25 C. Maximum temperature 29-33 C. Easterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Isolated thundershowers. Minimum temperature 25-26 C. Maximum temperature 33-34 C. Easterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
