General Situation

The moderate high-pressure system covers upper Thailand while another strong high-pressure system extend to the south of China and will extend to the upper North and the upper Northeast by today and will cover upper Thailand in the next stage. Thundershowers with gust are likely in the upper country in the first period and following by decreasing in temperature with strong wind. People in the upper country should keep off severe condition in the first period and keep healthy and beware of fire due to strong winds and dry air. Farmers should prepare for crop?s damage. The moderate northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South with isolated heavy rains in the South. People in the South should beware of heavy rains and accumulations that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. The waves in the Gulf are about 2 meters high in the lower Gulf and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. In the Andaman Sea, the wave about 1 meter high and above 1 meter high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.

Cool to cold and 5-7 C. drop in temperature. Isolated thundershowers and gusty wind mostly in Loei, Chaiyaphum, Khon Kaen, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buriram and Surin. Minimum temperature 15-18 C. Maximum temperature 31-33 C. Cool to cold on the mountain top: Minimum temperature 14?19 C. Northeasterly winds 10-30 km/hr.
Central
Morning cool and 2-4 C. drop in temperature. Isolated thundershowers and gusty wind mostly in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Suphanburi, Nakhon Pathom. Minimum temperature 21-24 C. Maximum temperature 32-33 C. Northeasterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
Eastern
Morning cool and 2-4 C. drop in temperature. Isolated thundershowers and gusty wind mostly in Prachinburi, Sa Kaeo, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 21-23 C. Maximum temperature 33-34 C. Northeasterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter, 1?2 meters offshore and above 2 meter in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 31-33 C. Northeasterly winds 20-35 km/hr. Wave height about 2 meters and more than 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Phang Nga, Krabi, Trang and Satun. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 31-33 C. Northeasterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Morning cool and 2-4 C. drop in temperature. Isolated thundershowers and gusty wind. Minimum temperature 21-23 C. Maximum temperature 33-34 C. Northeasterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
