: During 17 ? 20 Nov, high-pressure system from China covers Thailand. A decreasing in temperature with strong wind. Cool to cold with strong wind and 2 ? 4 ?C drop in temperature is likely in the North and the Northeast. A decreasing in 1 - 3 ?C is likely in the in the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity and the East. The rather strong northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf, the South and the Andaman Sea with isolated heavy to very heavy rains in the lower South. The rather strong wind forces the wave in the Gulf up to 2 ? 3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers while about 1 meter high in the Andaman Sea and 1 - 2 meters high offshore. During 21 ? 22 Nov, the high-pressure system which covers Thailand is weaken with 2 ? 4 ?C increasing in temperature but remains cool to cold weather in the upper country with morning fog.
