General Situation

The rather strong high-pressure system over Thailand begins weaker. A slight rise in temperatures will be likely in the upper country with fog in the morning. There remains cool to cold in the Northeast while morning cool will be seen in the North, the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, the East and the upper South regions. People should keep healthy and beware of fire due to dry air, and all transport should take more caution. The rather strong northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South with isolated heavy to very heavy rains in the lower South. The waves in the Gulf are 2-3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers. In the Andaman Sea, the waves are about 1 meter high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. People in the lower South should beware of the severe condition that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. People along the Gulf shore should beware of inshore surges. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers. Small boats in the Gulf keep ashore.

Southern (East Coast)
Upper part: Morning cool with fog. Slight rise in temperature. Lower part: Isolated thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 19-24 C. Maximum temperature 29-32 C. Northeasterly winds 20-40 km/hr. Wave height 2-3 meters and above 3 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Isolated thundershowers mostly in Satun. Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 30-34 C. Northeasterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter. 1-2 meters offshore and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Morning cool with fog. Slight rise in temperature. Minimum temperature 21-23 C. Maximum temperature 30-32 C. Northeasterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
