During 20 ? 24 Nov, the rather strong high-pressure system covering Thailand is weakening with 2 ? 4 C increase in temperature and morning fog. Cool in the morning is likely in the North, the Northeast, the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, the East and the upper South regions. The moderate northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf of Thailand and the South with isolated heavy rains in the lower South. The moderate wind and waves in the Gulf are likely 1 - 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers while about 1 meter high in the Andaman Sea, above 1 meter high offshore and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. During 25 ? 26 Nov, another moderate high-pressure system from China extend to the upper North, the Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea. Meanwhile, the low-pressure cell over the lower South China Sea will move near the Tip of Indochina leading to the easterly wind prevails over the lower North, the Northeast, the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity and the East regions with isolated thundershowers in the upper country.
