General Situation

The moderate high-pressure system covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea leading to the easterly winds bring the moisture from the South China Sea and the Gulf to the upper country. Morning cool is likely in the upper country and isolated rains are possible in the lower North, the Northeast, the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity and the East regions. People in the upper country should keep healthy. The rather strong northeast monsoon prevails over the lower Gulf and the lower South. Meanwhile, an active low-pressure cell over the lower South and Malaysia moved to Strait of Malacca, expected to move to the Andaman Sea with isolated heavy to very heavy rains in the South. The rather strong wind force the waves up to 2-3 meters high in the lower Gulf and above 3 meters high in thundershowers while 1-2 meters high in the upper Gulf and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. In the Andaman Sea, the waves are about 1 meter high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. People in the lower South should beware of heavy to very heavy rains that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. Residents along the coast beware of inshore surges. All ships should proceed with caution, keep off thundershowers and small boats in the lower Gulf should keep ashore.

Morning cool and isolated rains mostly in Chaiyaphum, Khon Kaen, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buriram, Surin, Sisaket and Ubon Ratchathani. Minimum temperature 18-22 C. Maximum temperature 31-33 C. Cool to cold on the mountain top: Minimum temperature 11-16 C. Northeasterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
Central
Morning cool and isolated rains mostly in Nakhon Sawan, Lopburi, Saraburi, Ratchaburi, Nakhon Pathom, Samut Sakhon and Samut Songkhram. Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 31-33 C. Northeasterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
Eastern
Isolated rains mostly in Sa Kaeo, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 31-33 C. Northeasterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and 1-2 meters offshore.
Southern (East Coast)
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains in Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 22-25 C. Maximum temperature 26-32 C. Surat Thani upward : northeasterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers. Nakhon Si Thammarat downward : northeasterly winds 20-40 km/hr. Wave height 2-3 meters and above 3 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains in Ranong, Phang Nga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun. Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 26-28 C. Northeasterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Isolated rains. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 31-34 C. Northeasterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
