Morning cool to cold, 1 ? 3 C drop in temperature with strong winds are likely in the upper country. At the same time, the active low-pressure cell will move into the Andaman sea while the rather strong northeast monsoon prevails over the lower Gulf and the South with isolated heavy to very heavy rains in the South.
