General Situation

The moderate high-pressure system which covers upper Thailand is weaken. Morning cool, 1-3 C rise in temperature is likely in the upper country. People in the upper country should keep healthy. The moderate strong northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South. Meanwhile, the low-pressure cell covers the east of Malaysia with isolated heavy rains in the South. The moderate strong wind force the waves about 2 meters high in the lower Gulf and above 2 meters high in thundershowers while 1-2 meters high in the upper Gulf and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. In the Andaman Sea, the waves are about 1 meter high and 1-2 meters offshore and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. People in the lower South should beware of heavy rains that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. All ships should proceed with caution, keep off thundershowers.

Eastern
Partly cloudy and 1-3 C rise in temperature. Minimum temperature 22-25 C. Maximum temperature 32-34 C. Northeasterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter.
Southern (East Coast)
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 29-32 C. Surat Thani upward : northeasterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers. Nakhon Si Thammarat downward : easterly winds 20-35 km/hr. Wave height about 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Trang and Satun. Minimum temperature 23-24 C. Maximum temperature 31-34 C. Easterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter, 1-2 meters offshore and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Partly cloudy and 1-2 C rise in temperature. Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 32-33 C. Northeasterly winds 10-30 km/hr.
