General Situation

The moderate high-pressure system covering upper Thailand and the South China Sea is weakening with morning fog and 1-3 C rise in temperature while morning cool weather remains in the North and the Northeast. The easterly wind brings the moisture to cover the lower North, the lower Northeast, the Central and the East with isolated rain. People in the upper country should keep healthy and all transports should be caution due to poor visibility. Farmers should prepare for crop?s damage. The moderate strong northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South. Meanwhile, the low-pressure cell covers the east of Malaysia with isolated heavy to very heavy rains in the South. The moderate strong wind force the waves about 2 meters high in the lower Gulf and above 2 meters high in thundershowers while 1-2 meters high in the upper Gulf and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. In the Andaman Sea, the waves are about 1 meter high and 1-2 meters offshore and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. People in the lower South should beware of heavy rains that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. All ships should proceed with caution, keep off thundershowers.

Central
Morning fog with 1-3 C rise in temperature. Isolated rain in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Samut Sakhon, Samut Songkhram, Kanchanaburi and Ratchaburi. Minimum temperature 23-24 C. Maximum temperature 31-33 C. Northeasterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
Eastern
Morning fog and 1-3 C rise in temperature. Isolated rain in Sa Kaeo, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 32-33 C. Northeasterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter.
Southern (East Coast)
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains in Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 28-32 C. Surat Thani upward : northeasterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers. Nakhon Si Thammarat downward : easterly winds 20-35 km/hr. Wave height about 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun. Minimum temperature 23-24 C. Maximum temperature 30-32 C. Easterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter, 1-2 meters offshore and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Morning fog and 1-3 C rise in temperature. Isolated light rain. Minimum temperature 24-25 C. Maximum temperature 32-33 C. Northeasterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
