General Situation

The moderate high-pressure system extends to covers the upper North and the upper Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea. At the same time, the easterly wind prevails over the upper country. Isolated thundershowers with gust are likely in the upper country for the first period, then a decrease in temperature with strong wind. A decrease in temperature by 1?3 C is likely in the North and the Northeast region while a slightly decrease in temperature is likely in the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity and the East. People in the upper country should beware of thundershowers with gusty winds by keeping off outdoor places, big trees, unsecured billboards and should keep healthy. Farmers should prepare for crop?s damage. The moderate northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South with isolated heavy rains in the lower South. People in the lower South should beware of heavy rains that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. The moderate wind force the waves in the lower Gulf up to about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution, keep off thundershowers.

Northern
Morning cool and 1-2 C drop in temperature. Isolated thundershowers with gusty winds mostly in Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Lamphun, Lampang, Phayao, Nan, Phrae, Sukhothai and Kamphaeng Phet. Minimum temperature 20-22 C. Maximum temperature 27-34 C. Cold on the mountain top: Minimum temperature 8-15 C. Easterly winds 5-15 km/hr.
Northeastern
Morning cool with strong wind and 1-3 C drop in temperature. Isolated thundershowers mostly in Loei, Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima and Buriram. Minimum temperature 18-22 C. Maximum temperature 30-33 C. Cold on the mountain top: Minimum temperature 12-15 C. Northeasterly winds 10-30 km/hr.
Central
Partly cloudy and a slightly drop in temperature. Isolated thundershowers with gusty winds mostly in Suphanburi, Saraburi, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Nakhon Pathom, Samut Songkhram and Samut Sakhon. Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 31-34 C. Easterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
Eastern
Partly cloudy and a slightly drop in temperature. Isolated thundershowers with gusty winds mostly in Sa Kaeo, Nakhon Nayok, Chachoengsao, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 32-35 C. Easterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter, 1-2 meters offshore and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Scattered thundershowers with isolated heavy rains in Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 29-34 C. Nakhon Si Thammarat upward : Northeasterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers. Songkhla downward : Easterly winds 20-35 km/hr. Wave height about 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Phang Nga, Phuket, Krabi and Trang. Minimum temperature 24-25 C. Maximum temperature 32-34 C. Easterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter, 1-2 meters offshore and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Partly cloudy and a slightly drop in temperature. Scattered thundershowers with gusty winds. Minimum temperature 25-26 C. Maximum temperature 33-35 C. Easterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
