General Situation

The rather strong high-pressure system from China extend to cover the upper of Thailand and the South China Sea. Morning cool and strong wind are likely in the upper Thailand. People in the upper country should keep healthy due to the changeable weather. The moderate northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South with thundershowers in the South. The wind and waves in the lower Gulf are about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.

Northeastern
Morning cool with strong wind. Minimum temperature 16-19 C. Maximum temperature 29-33 C. Cold on the mountain top: Minimum temperature 9-14 C. Northeasterly winds 10-30 km/hr.
Central
Morning cool with strong wind. Minimum temperature 20-22 C. Maximum temperature 33-34 C. Northeasterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
Eastern
Morning cool with strong wind. Minimum temperature 21-23 C. Maximum temperature 33-35 C. Northeasterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave about 1 meter and about 1-2 meter offshore.
Southern (East Coast)
Scattered thundershowers with mostly in Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 23-24 C. Maximum temperature 30-33 C. Surat Thani upward : Northeasterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meter in thundershowers. Nakhon Si Thammarat downward : Easterly winds 20-35 km/hr. Wave height about 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Isolated thundershowers mostly in Krabi, Trang and Satun. Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 33-35 C. Easterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height aboout 1 meter and 1-2 meters in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Partly with strong wind. Minimum temperature 23-24 C. Maximum temperature 33-35 C. Northeasterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
