General Situation

The high-pressure system covers upper Thailand while the westerly wind in the high level prevails over the North. Morning cool to cold and fog remains in the North while cool in the morning and light fog are possible in the Northeast, the Central and the East regions. On mountaintops of the North and the Northeast, cold to very cold and isolated frost are forecast. The minimum temperature of the North mountaintops is in range of 3-10 C while the Northeast ranges by 12-14 C. People in the upper country should keep healthy and all transport take more caution in poor visibility. The northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South with isolated thundershowers. The wind and waves in the lower Gulf are likely 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. In the upper Gulf and the Andaman Sea, the wave are about 1 meter high and above 1 meter in thundershowers and offshore. All ship should proceed caution and keep off thundershowers.

Morning cool with light fog. Minimum temperature 16-20 C. Maximum temperature 33-34 C. Cold on the mountain top. Minimum temperature 12-14 C. Northeasterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Central
Morning cool with light fog. Minimum temperature 21-23 C. Maximum temperature 34-36 C. Northeasterly winds 10-15 km/hr.
Eastern
Morning cool with light fog. Minimum temperature 20-25 C. Maximum temperature 34-36 C. Northeasterly winds 10-30 km/hr. Wave below 1 meter above 1 meter offshore.
Southern (East Coast)
Isolated thundershowers mostly in Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Pattani and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 31-34 C. Surat Thani upwards : Northeasterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter above 1 meter high in thundershowers. Nakhon Si Thammarat downwards : Northeasterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Isolated thundershowers mostly in Phangnga, Phuket and Krabi. Minimum temperature 24-25 C. Maximum temperature 33-35 C. Northeasterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter above 1 meter in thundershowers and offshore.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Morning light fog. Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 34-36 C. Northeasterly winds 10-15 km/hr.
