General Situation

The moderate high-pressure system covers the upper Northeast while the westerly wind in the high level prevails over the North. Morning cool to cold are in the North and the Noetheast. Temperature will be decrease by 1-2 C in the Northeast and the Central. Cool in the morning with slightly decreasing in temperature are possible in Bangkok and vicinity and the East regions. On mountaintops of the North and the Northeast, cold to very cold and isolated frost are forecast. The minimum temperature of the North mountaintops is in range of 3-10 C while the Northeast ranges by 11-13 C. People in the upper country should keep healthy and all transport take more caution in poor visibility. The northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South with isolated thundershowers. The wind and waves in the lower Gulf are likely 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. In the upper Gulf and the Andaman Sea, the wave are about 1 meter high and above 1 meter in thundershowers and offshore. All ship should proceed caution and keep off thundershowers.

Morning cool to cold with windy and 1-2 C decreasing in temperature. Minimum temperature 14-18 C. Maximum temperature 30-33 C. Cold on the mountain top. Minimum temperature 11-13 C. Northeasterly winds 10-30 km/hr.
Central
Morning cool with light fog and 1-2 C decreasing in temperature. Minimum temperature 19-22 C. Maximum temperature 33-35 C. Northeasterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
Eastern
Morning cool with light fog and slightly decreasing in temperature. Minimum temperature 19-24 C. Maximum temperature 32-35 C. Northeasterly winds 10-30 km/hr. Wave below 1 meter about 1 meter offshore.
Southern (East Coast)
Isolated thundershowers mostly in Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 21-24 C. Maximum temperature 31-33 C. Surat Thani upwards : Northeasterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter above 1 meter high in thundershowers. Nakhon Si Thammarat downwards : Northeasterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Isolated thundershowers mostly in Phangnga, Phuket and Krabi. Minimum temperature 24-25 C. Maximum temperature 32-34 C. Northeasterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter above 1 meter in thundershowers and offshore.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Morning light fog and slightly decreasing in temperature. Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 34-36 C. Northeasterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
