General Situation

The moderate high-pressure system covers the upper Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea while the westerly wind at high altitude prevails over the upper North. Morning cool to cold is likely in the North and the Noetheast while cool in the morning is likely in the Central, the East and the upper South regions. On mountaintops of the North and the Northeast, cold to very cold and isolated frost are forecast. The minimum temperature of the North mountaintops is in range of 4-10 C while the Northeast ranges by 10-15 C. People in the upper country should keep healthy due to morning cool to cold weather. The moderate northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South with isolated thundershowers in the lower South. The moderate wind forces the waves in the lower Gulf are likely about 2 meters high, 1-2 meters high in the upper Gulf and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. In the Andaman Sea, the wave has about 1 meter high and above 1 meter in thundershowers and offshore. All ship should proceed caution and keep off thundershowers.

Southern (West Coast)
