General Situation

The moderate high-pressure system which covers the upper Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea is weakening while the westerly wind at high altitude prevails over the North. Morning cool to cold is likely in the North and a decrease in temperature by 1-2 ?C while cool in the morning with light fog and increase in temperature is likely in the Northeast, the Central, the East and the upper South regions. On mountaintops of the North, cold to very cold is forecast while the mountaintops of the Northeast, cool to cold is forecast. The minimum temperature of the North mountaintops is in range of 6-14 ?C with isolate frost while the Northeast ranges by 12-16 ?C. People in the upper country should keep healthy due to morning cool to cold weather. All transport should take more caution in poor visibility. The moderate northeast monsoon prevails over the lower Gulf and the South with isolated thundershowers in the lower South. The moderate wind forces the waves in the lower Gulf up to 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ship should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.

Eastern
Morning cool with light fog and a slightly rise in temperature. Minimum temperature 20-25 ?C. Maximum temperature 34-36 ?C. Northeasterly winds 10-30 km/hr. Wave below 1 meter and about 1 meter offshore.
Southern (East Coast)
Upper part: Morning cool with light fog. Lower part: Scattered thundershowers mostly in Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat. Surat Thani upwards : Northeasterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave about 1 meter and above 1 meter high in thundershowers. Nakhon Si Thammarat downwards : Northeasterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. Minimum temperature 21-25 ?C. Maximum temperature 30-34 ?C.
Southern (West Coast)
Isolated thundershowers mostly in Phangnga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun. Minimum temperature 23-25 ?C. Maximum temperature 33-35 ?C. Northeasterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter, above 1 meter high in thundershowers and offshore.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Partly cloudy with morning light fog and a slightly rise in temperature. Minimum temperature 23-25 ?C. Maximum temperature 34-36 ?C. Northeasterly winds 10-15 km/hr.
