During 29 Jan ? 1 Feb, the rather strong high-pressure system covering upper Thailand will weaken with an increase in temperature by 1 ? 3 C while morning cool to cold and fog remain in the upper country. During 26 - 27 Jan, the rather strong northeast monsoon prevailing over the Gulf and the South with isolated heavy rains in the South. The wind and waves in the Gulf and the Andaman Sea will strengthen. The waves in the lower Gulf are likely 2 ? 3 meters high, above 3 meters high in thundershowers while about 2 meters high in the upper Gulf, about 2 meters high in the Andaman Sea and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
