General Situation

The upper westerly winds prevail over the upper North causing cool with a decrease in temperature. Meanwhile, the moderate high-pressure system which covers upper Thailand will weaken causing an increase in temperature and morning cool with fog. At the same time, the southerly and southeasterly winds to bring the humidity from the South China Sea and the Gulf of Thailand prevail over the lower North, the Central and the East regions with isolated thundershowers are likely over upper Thailand. People should keep healthy due to variable weather and all transport takes more caution in poor visibility. The moderate northeast monsoon prevailing over the Gulf and the South will weaken with isolated thundershowers. The wind and waves in the lower Gulf are likely 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. In the upper Gulf, the wave has about 1 meter high and above 1 meter high offshore. All ships in the Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.

Northern
Upper part : Morning cool to cold and 2-4 C drop in temperature. Lower part : Morning cool with fog and slightly rise in temperature. Isolated rain mostly in Tak, Kamphaeng Phet, Phrae, Uttaradit, Nan, Phitsanulok and Phetchabun. Minimum temperature 15-22 C. Maximum temperature 27-33 C. Cold to very cold on the mountain top with isolated frost. Minimum temperature 4-12 C. Easterly winds 10-15 km/hr.
Northeastern
Morning cool with fog and slightly rise in temperature. Isolated rain mostly in Loei Chaiyaphum, Nong Bua Lamphu, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Udon Thani and Sakon Nakhon. Minimum temperature 19-22 C. Maximum temperature 29-35 C. Cool to cold on the mountain top. Minimum temperature 13-16 C. Northeasterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Central
Morning cool with fog and 1-2 C rise in temperature. Isolated light rains. Minimum temperature 21-23 C. Maximum temperature 31-35 C. Southeasterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Eastern
Morning fog and 1-2 C rise in temperature. Isolated light rains mostly along the coast. Minimum temperature 23-24 C. Maximum temperature 33-35 C. Easterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave below 1 meter and about 1 meter high offshore.
Southern (East Coast)
Isolated thundershowers mostly in Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Yala and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 22-25 C. Maximum temperature 31-36 C. Surat Thani upward : Northeasterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 1 meter high in thundershowers. Nakhon Si Thammarat downward : Northeasterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Isolated thundershowers mostly in Ranong and Phangnga. Minimum temperature 22-26 C. Maximum temperature 34-37 C. Northeasterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter, 1-2 meters high in thundershowers and offshore.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Morning fog and 1-2 C rise in temperature. Isolated light rains. Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 33-35 C. Southeasterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
