General Situation

The upper westerly winds prevail over the North causing cool with a decrease in temperature. Meanwhile, the moderate high-pressure system which covers upper Thailand is weaken causing an increase in temperature and morning cool with fog in the Northeast and the East. At the same time, the southerly and southeasterly winds to bring the humidity from the South China Sea and the Gulf of Thailand prevail over the upper country with isolated rains. People should keep healthy due to variable weather and all transport takes more caution in poor visibility. The northeast monsoon prevailing over the Gulf and the South with isolated thundershowers. The wind and waves in the lower Gulf are about 1 meter high and above 1 meter high in thundershowers. All ships in the Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.

Northeastern
Morning cool with fog and slightly rise in temperature. Isolated light rains. Minimum temperature 20-23 C. Maximum temperature 33-36 C. Cool to cold on the mountain top. Minimum temperature 12-16 C. Easterly winds 10-15 km/hr.
Central
Morning cool with fog. Isolated light rains. Minimum temperature 22-24 C. Maximum temperature 34-36 C. Southeasterly winds 10-15 km/hr.
Eastern
Morning fog and slightly rise in temperature. Isolated light rains mostly along the coastal line. Minimum temperature 23-24 C. Maximum temperature 33-35 C. Southeasterly winds 10-30 km/hr. Wave height below 1 meter.
Southern (East Coast)
Isolated thundershowers mostly in Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Pattani and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 22-24 C. Maximum temperature 32-35 C. Surat Thani upward : Northeasterly winds 10-30 km/hr. Wave height below 1 meter and above 1 meter high in thundershowers. Nakhon Si Thammarat downward : Northeasterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 1 meter high in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Isolated light rains. Minimum temperature 22-25 C. Maximum temperature 34-36 C. Northeasterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height below 1 meter, above 1 meter high in thundershowers and offshore.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Morning fog. Isolated light rains. Minimum temperature 24-25 C. Maximum temperature 33-35 C. Southeasterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
