General Situation

The rather strong high-pressure system from China extend to upper Vietnam and will cover the upper Northeast today. Meanwhile, the easterly and southeasterly winds prevail over the lower Northeast, the lower Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, the East and the upper South regions. Isolated thundershowers strong wind and hail are likely in the upper country for the first period following by decreasing in temperature. People in the Northeast and the East should beware of the severe condition, gusty winds, hail and strikes by keeping off outdoor places, big trees and unsecured billboards. The northeast monsoon prevailing over the Gulf and the South will be strengthen with isolated thundershowers. The wind and waves in the lower Gulf are 1 - 2 meters high and above 2 meter high in thundershowers. All ships in the Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.

Minimum temperature 15-20 C. Maximum temperature 31-36 C. Cool to cold on the mountain top. Minimum temperature 11-16 C. Easterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
Central
Morning fog with day hot. Minimum temperature 22-25 C. Maximum temperature 35-39 C. Southeasterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Eastern
Isolated thundershowers with gusty wind and hail in Chachoengsao, Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi and Sa Kaeo. Minimum temperature 24-27 C. Maximum temperature 33-36 C. Southeasterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height below 1 meter, about 1 meter offshore and above 1 meter high in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Isolated thundershowers mostly in Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat and Phatthalung. Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 32-36 C. Surat Thani upward : easterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 1 meter high in thundershowers. Nakhon Si Thammarat downward : easterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1 - 2 meters and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Partly cloudy with day hot and thundershowers mostly in Phang Nga, Phuket and Krabi. Minimum temperature 24-25 C. Maximum temperature 34-37 C. Easterly winds 10-30 km/hr. Wave below 1 meter, above 1 meter high offshore and in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Morning light fog with day hot. Minimum temperature 25-27 C. Maximum temperature 33-37 C. Southeasterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
