Cool to cold weather is likely in the North and the Northeast while cool in the morning is likely in the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity and the East. The northeast monsoon prevailing over the Gulf and the South is strengthening with isolated thudershowers in the South. The rather strong wind forces the wave in the lower Gulf up to 2 - 3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers while about 2 meters high in the upper Gulf and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. In the Andaman Sea, the wave has 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers and offshore. During 14 ? 18 Feb, the rather strong high-pressure system covering upper Thailand will weaken with an increase in temperature by 3 ? 5 C and morning fog as well as hot during the day. Morning cool to cold remains in the North and the Northeast while cool in the morning is likely in the Central and the East regions.
