General Situation

The rather strong high-pressure system which covers upper Thailand is weakening. Cool to cold weather is likely in the Northeast while cool in the morning is likely in the North, the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity and the East. People in the upper country should keep healthy due to cool to cold weather. The rather strong northeast monsoon prevails over the lower Gulf and the South with isolated heavy rains. The rather strong wind forces the waves in the lower Gulf up to 2-3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers while about 2 meters high in the upper Gulf and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. In the Andaman Sea, the wave has 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers and offshore. People along the lower Gulf should beware of inshore surges. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers. Small boats in the lower Gulf should keep ashore.

Eastern
Morning cool. Minimum temperature 19-23 C. Maximum temperature 34-36 C. Northeasterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and 1-2 meters offshore.
Southern (East Coast)
Isolated thundershowers mostly in Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Singkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 21-26 C. Maximum temperature 31-34 C. Surat Thani upward : Northeasterly winds 20-35 km/hr. Wave height about 2 meters and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. Nakhon Si Thammarat downward : Northeasterly winds 20-40 km/hr. Wave height 2-3 meters and above 3 meters high in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Isolated thundershowers mostly in Phang Nga and Krabi. Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 34-37 C. Northeasterly winds 20-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters, above 2 meters high in thundershowers and offshore.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Morning cool. Minimum temperature 21-23 C. Maximum temperature 32-35 C. Northeasterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
