During 13 - 19 Feb, the rather strong high-pressure system covering upper Thailand will weaken with an increase in temperature by 3 - 5 C and morning fog as well as hot during the day. Morning cool to cold remains in the North and the Northeast while cool in the morning is likely in the Central and the East regions. At the same time, the southerly and southeasterly winds prevail over the lower Northeast, the lower Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, the East and the upper South with isolated thundershowers and gust.
