Thailand Daily Weather Forecast General Situation 16 February 2024 The moderate high-pressure system covering upper Thailand is weakening with a slightly increase in temperature, morning fog and hot during the day in the upper country. Morning cool to cold is likely in the North while cool in the morning is likely in the Northeast and the Central regions. People in the upper country should keep healthy due to variable weather, all transports take more caution due to poor visibility. At the same time, the southerly and southeasterly winds prevail over the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity and the East with isolated thundershowers and gust. People in the areas should beware of severe cordition. The easterly and southeasterly winds prevail over the Gulf and the South with isolated thundershowers. The moderate wind and waves in the lower Gulf is likely 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. In the upper Gulf and the Andaman Sea, the wave has about 1 meter high and above 1 meter high in thundershowers and offshore. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
