General Situation

The heat low-pressure cell covers upper Thailand. An increase in temperature and hot during the day are likely in the upper country. while the southerly and southeasterly winds prevail over the Northest, the lower Central and the East with isolated thundershowers. People in the areas should beware of severe condition and should keep healthy due to changeable weather. The easterly and southeasterly winds prevail over the Gulf, the South and the Andaman Sea with isolated thundershowers. The weak wind and waves in the Gulf and the Andaman Sea. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers. Addition, during 24-26 Feb, the high-pressure system from China will extend to the east area of the Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea while the southerly and southeasterly winds prevail across the upper country where hot weather occurs. Isolated thunderstorms with gusty wind, hail and lightning strike are likely in some areas of the lower North, the Northeast, the Central, Bangkok Metropolis and the East. People in the upper country should beware of condition by keeping off outdoor places, big trees and unsecured billboards. Farmers should prevent for crop damage.

Day hot. Isolated thundershowers mostly in Lopburi, Saraburi and Ratchaburi. Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 35-38 C. Southerly winds 10-15 km/hr.
Eastern
Day hot. Isolated thundershowers mostly in Sa Kaeo, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 24-28 C. Maximum temperature 33-38 C. Southerly winds 10-30 km/hr. Wave below 1 meter and above 1 meter in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Day hot. Isolated thundershowers mostly in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon and Surat Thani. Minimum temperature 22-24 C. Maximum temperature 32-37 C. Southeasterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 1 meter high in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Day hot. Isolated thundershower mostly in Ranong, Phang Nga and Phuket. Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 34-38 C. Easterly winds 10-30 km/hr. Wave below 1 meter and above 1 meter high in thundershowers and offshore.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Day hot. Isolated thundershowers. Minimum temperature 26-28 C. Maximum temperature 33-37 C. Southerly winds 10-15 km/hr.
