General Situation

The heat low-pressure cell covers upper Thailand with hot to very hot and haze during the day in the country. While the high-pressure system from China covers the east area of the Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea. The southerly and southeasterly winds bring the moisture from the South China Sea and the Gulf to the upper country where hot to very hot weather occurs. Outbreak of summer storms, gusty winds and hail including lightning strike are likely in some areas of the upper Thailand. People in the upper country should beware of condition by keeping off outdoor places, big trees and unsecured billboards. Farmers should prevent for crop damage and should keep healthy due to hot weather. The weak easterly and southeasterly winds prevail over the Gulf and the South with isolated thundershowers in the lower South.

Southern (West Coast)
