During 8 - 10 Mar, the high-pressure system from China will extend to the Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea where hot to very hot remains. Meanwhile, the southerly and southeasterly winds prevail over the lower North, the lower Northeast, the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity and the East regions where hot weather occurs in the upper country. Outbreaks of summer storms are possible following with thunderstorms, gusty wind and hail including lightning strike are likely in some areas of the upper country in the first period. The weak easterly and southeasterly winds prevailing over the Gulf, the South and the Andaman Sea will strengthen with more rain in the South. The wind and waves in the lower Gulf are likely 1 - 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. In the upper Gulf and the Andaman Sea, the wave has about 1 meter high and above 1 meter high in thundershowers. During 11 - 14 Mar, the heat low-pressure cell covers upper Thailand with hot to very hot and haze during the day. Meanwhile, the southerly and southeasterly winds prevail over the lower north, the lower Northeast ,the central and its vicinity and the East regions with isolated thundershowers.
