General Situation

The moderate high-pressure system from China will extend to upper Thailand and the South China Sea. Meanwhile, the easterly and southeasterly winds bring the moisture from the South China Sea and the Gulf to the upper country where hot to very hot weather occurs. Outbreak of summer storms are possible following with thunderstorms, gusty wind and hail including lightning strike in the country for the first period and then a decrease in temperature. People in the upper country should stay safe from the severe weather conditions by keeping off outdoor places, large trees and unsecured buildings. Farmers should prevent for crops damage and animals danger. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers. The easterly and southeasterly winds prevails over the Gulf, the South and the Andaman Sea with isolated thundershowers in the South.

Northeastern
Scattered thunderstorms with gust and hail mostly in Loei, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Nong Bua Lamphu, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Chaiyaphum, Khon Kaen, Kalasin, Mukdahan, Maha Sarakham, Roi Et, Yasothon, Amnat Charoen, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buriram, Surin and Ubon Ratchathani. Minimum temperature 22-27 C. Maximum temperature 34-37 C. Easterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
Central
Day hot and haze. Scattered thunderstorms with gust and hails mostly in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Chainat, Lopburi, Saraburi, Singburi, Ang Thong, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Suphanburi, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Nakhon Pathom, Samut Sakhon and Samut Songkhram. Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 35-39 C. Southerly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Eastern
Scattered thunderstorms with gust and hails mostly in Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi, Chachoengsao, Sa Kaeo, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 25-28 C. Maximum temperature 31-37 C. Southeasterly winds 10-30 km/hr. Wave below 1 meter and above 1 meter high in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Day hot. Isolated thundershowers mostly in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Surat Thani and Nakhon Si Thammarat. Minimum temperature 22-26 C. Maximum temperature 33-37 C. Southeasterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 1 meter high in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Day hot. Isolated thundershowers mostly in Ranong and Phang Nga. Minimum temperature 23-27 C. Maximum temperature 34-38 C. Easterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 1 meter high in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Scattered thunderstorms with gust and hail. Minimum temperature 25-28 C. Maximum temperature 33-37 C. Southerly winds 10-20 km/hr.
