During 3 - 7 Apr, the heat low-pressure cell covers upper Thailand. Hot to very hot with haze during the day is likely in the country. Meanwhile, the confluent of southerly and southwesterly winds prevails over upper Thailand with isolated thundershowers with gusty winds. The northwesterly winds prevail over the Andaman Sea and the South while the southeasterly wind prevails over the Gulf. Isolated thundershowers are in the South. On 8 - 9 Apr, another high-pressure system from China will extend to upper Thailand and the South China Sea while the easterly and southeasterly winds bring the moisture from the South China Sea and the Gulf to the upper country where hot to very hot weather occurs. Outbreak of summer storm are possible following with thunderstorms, gusty wind and hail including lightning strike are likely in the upper country for the first period. The easterly and southeasterly wind prevailing over the Gulf, the South and the Andaman Sea the waves in the lower Gulf and the Andaman Sea about 1 meter high and above 1 meter high in thundershowers.
Caution
People in the upper country should keep healthy due to hot to very hot weather. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers throughout the period. During 8 - 9 Mar, people in the Northeast and the East should stay safe from the severe weather conditions by keeping off outdoor places, large trees and unsecured buildings. Farmers should prevent for crops damage and animals danger.
