General Situation

The high-pressure system covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea while the southeasterly wind brings the moisture from the South China Sea and the Gulf to the upper country where hot to very hot weather occurs. At the same time, the westerly trough move to Myanmar and the upper North of Thailand. Outbreak of summer storm are possible following with thunderstorms, gusty wind and hail including lightning strike in the North region. Isolated thundershower is likely in the Northeast, the Central and the East regions. People in the areas should beware of severe conditions by keeping off outdoor places, big trees and unsecured billboards. Farmers should prevent crop damage. The easterly and southeasterly wind prevails over the Gulf , the South and the Andaman Sea with isolated thundershowers. The wind and waves in the lower Gulf is likely 1 ? 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.

Northern
Day hot to very hot with haze. Isolated thunderstorms with gusty wind and hail mostly in Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Lamphun, Lampang, Phayao, Phrae, Nan and Tak. Minimum temperature 21-27 C. Maximum temperature 35-41 C. Southerly winds 5-15 km/hr.
Northeastern
Day hot with haze. Isolated thundershowers mostly in Loei, Chaiyaphum and Nakhon Ratchasima. Minimum temperature 23-27 C. Maximum temperature 35-39 C. Easterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
Central
Day hot with haze. Isolated thundershowers mostly in Saraburi, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Nakhon Pathom, Samut Sakhon and Samut Songkhram. Minimum temperature 25-27 C. Maximum temperature 37-39 C. Southeasterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
Eastern
Day hot with haze. Isolated thundershowers mostly in Nakhon Nayok, Chachoengsao, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 26-29 C. Maximum temperature 35-39 C. Southeasterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave below 1 meter, about 1 meter offshore and above 1 meter high in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Day hot. Isolated thundershowers mostly in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 23-28 C. Maximum temperature 34-38 C. Surat Thani upward : Southeasterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 1 meter high in thundershowers. Nakhon Si Thammarat downward : Easterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meter high in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Day hot. Isolated light thundershowers. Minimum temperature 25-29 C. Maximum temperature 36-39 C. Easterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 1 meter high in thundershowers and offshore.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Day hot with haze. Isolated thundershowers. Minimum temperature 27-30 C. Maximum temperature 34-39 C. Southeasterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
