The confluence of southeasterly and southerly winds prevail over the Northeast, the East and eastern part of the North and the Central regions while hot to very hot weather occurs over the upper country. Outbreak of summer storms are possible following with thunderstorms, gusty wind and hail including lightning strike in the areas. People in the upper country should stay safe from severe weather conditions by keeping off outdoor places, large trees, and unsecured buildings. Farmers should prevent for crop damage and animals? danger. The northwesterly and southeasterly winds prevail over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf with isolated heavy rains. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers. During 8 ? 10 May, the confluence of southeasterly and southerly winds remain over upper Thailand with thundershower, gusty wind and isolated heavy rain in the upper country.

Minimum temperature 23-29 C. Maximum temperature 37-42 C. Southwesterly winds 5-15 km/hr.
Northeastern

Scattered thunderstorms with gusty wind and hails mostly in Loei, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Nong Bua Lamphu, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Chaiyaphum, Khon Kaen, Kalasin, Mukdahan, Maha Sarakham, Roi Et, Yasothon, Amnat Charoen, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buriram, Surin, Sisaket and Ubon Ratchathani. Scattered thunderstorms with gusty wind and hails mostly in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Chainat, Lopburi, Saraburi, Singburi, Ang Thong, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Suphanburi, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Nakhon Pathom, Samut Sakhon and Samut Songkhram. Minimum temperature 26-28 C. Maximum temperature 37-40 C. Southerly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Eastern
Day hot. Scattered thunderstorms with gusty wind and hails mostly in Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi, Sa Kaeo, Chachoengsao, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 25-28 C. Maximum temperature 33-38 C. Southeasterly winds 10-30 km/hr. Wave below 1 meter and above 1 meter high in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Day hot. Scattered thundershowers with gusty wind and isolated heavy rains in Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung and Songkhla. Minimum temperature 24-27 C. Maximum temperature 34-37 C. Southeasterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Phang Nga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun. Minimum temperature 25-28 C. Maximum temperature 33-35 C. Phuket upwards: Northwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 1 meter high in thundershowers. Krabi downward: Southeasterly winds 10-30 km/hr. Wave below 1 meter and above 1 meter high in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
