General Situation

The moderated southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Meanwhile the low-pressure cell covers upper Vietnam and the Gulf of Tonkin with thundershowers over the country. The wind and waves in the upper Andaman Sea are moderated. The wave are 1-2 meters high, 1?2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.All ships in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers areas. In addition, severe tropical storm ?Ewiniar?, the east of Taiwan, China is expected to move to the east of Japan during 30?31 May. Therea is no effect on Thailand?s weather.

Northeastern
Isolated thundershowers mostly in Loei, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Nong Bua Lamphu, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Kalasin, Mukdahan, Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima, Amnat Charoen and Ubon Ratchathani. Minimum temperature 25-28 C. Maximum temperature 35-36 C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Central
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Kanchanaburi, Lopburi, Saraburi Nakhon Pathom and Samut Songkhram. Minimum temperature 26-28 C. Maximum temperature 35-36 C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Eastern
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 27-29 C. Maximum temperature 33-36 C. Southwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 1 meter high in thundershowers.

outhern (East Coast)
Isolated thundershowers mostly in Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 25-28 C. Maximum temperature 35-36 C. Southwesterly winds 10?30 km/hr. Wave height below 1 meter and above 1 meter in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Krabi, Trang and Satun. Minimum temperature 26-28 C. Maximum temperature 34-36 C Krabi upward: southwesterly winds 15?35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers. Phangnga downward: southwesterly winds 15?30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and 1-2 meters in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Scattered thundershowers mostly in the afternoon to evening. Minimum temperature 27-29 C. Maximum temperature 35-37 C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
