General Situation

The moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf while the low-pressure cell covers the upper Vietnam. Thundershowers are likely over the country with isolated heavy rains remain in the North. People in the areas should beware of heavy rains and accumulations that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. All transport takes more caution when traveling through the thundershowers areas. The moderate wind and waves in the upper Andaman Sea and the gulf are 1-2 meters high, above 2 meters high in thundershowers, about 1 meter high in the lower Andaman Sea and above 1 meter high in thundershowers. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers areas.

Northern
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Kamphaeng Phet and Tak. Minimum temperature 24-25 C. Maximum temperature 33-35 C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Northeastern
Isolated thundershowers in Loei, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom and Mukdahan. Minimum temperature 24-27 C. Maximum temperature 32-36 C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Central
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Kanchanaburi and Ratchaburi. Minimum temperature 26-27 C. Maximum temperature 33-34 C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Eastern
Isolated thundershowers mostly in Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi, Chachoengsao, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 25-29 C. Maximum temperature 33-35 C. Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Isolated thundershowers and isolated heavy rains mostly in Phatthalung, Songkhla, Yala, Pattani and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 24-28 C. Maximum temperature 33-35 C. Southwesterly winds 15?35 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter, 1-2 meters offshore and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Isolated thundershowers mostly in Krabi, Trang and Satun. Minimum temperature 25-26 C. Maximum temperature 33-34 C Ranong upwards: Southwesterly winds 15?35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. Phangnga downwards: Southeasterly winds 15?30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and 1-2 meter high in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Isolated thundershowers. Minimum temperature 27-28 C. Maximum temperature 34-35 C. Southwesterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
