The moderate southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. More rains are likely in the upper country and isolated heavy rains are possible in the North, the Northeast, western of the Central and the East regions. People should beware of heavy rains and accumulations that may cause flash floods and runoff, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands.
