During 7 ? 8 June, the monsoon trough lie across the upper North and upper Laos into the low-pressure cell over upper Vietnam and the Gulf of Tonkin. The moderate southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Thundershower and isolated heavy rain are likely in the upper country. The wind forces the wave in the upper Andaman Sea up to 1 - 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers During 9 ? 10 June, the monsoon trough will move lie across the North and the Northeast into the low-pressure cell over upper Vietnam and the Gulf of Tonkin. Meanwhile, the moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf will strengthening. Isolated heavy rains are likely in the Northeast, the Central and the South (west coast) regions while isolated very heavy rains in the North and the East. After that, during 11 ? 13 June, the monsoon trough will move lie across upper of the North and upper Laos into the low-pressure cell over upper Vietnam and the Gulf of Tonkin. The southwest monsoon remains in the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Thundershower with isolated heavy rains are forecasted in the upper Thailand. The wind and waves in the upper Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf are likely about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Caution
People should beware of heavy rains and accumulations that may cause flash floods and runoff, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. All transport takes more caution when traveling through the thundershowers areas.
