General Situation

The southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf is strengthening while the low-pressure cell covers upper Vietnam and the middle of South China Sea with more rains in the country and isolated heavy rains in the Northeast and the central including Bangkok and its vicinity while isolated very heavy rains in the East and the South (west coast) regions. People in the areas should beware of heavy to very heavy rains and accumulations that may cause flash flood and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. The strengthening wind force the waves in the upper Andaman Sea up to about 2 meters high, 1?2 meters high in the lower Andaman Sea and the Gulf and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships in the Gulf and the Andaman Sea should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.

Scattered thundershowers mostly in Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Phayao, Nan, Tak, Kamphaeng Phet, Phitsanulok and Phetchabun. Minimum temperature 24-27 C. Maximum temperature 34-37 C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Northeastern
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Mukdahan, Amnat Charoen, Buriram, Surin, Sisaket and Ubon Ratchathani. Minimum temperature 25-28 C. Maximum temperature 35-38 C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Central
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Nakhon Pathom, Samut Songkhram and Samut Sakhon. Minimum temperature 24-27 C. Maximum temperature 35-37 C. Southwesterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
Eastern
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains in Nakhon Nayok, Chachoengsao, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 25-29 C. Maximum temperature 30-36 C. Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla and Yala. Minimum temperature 24-27 C. Maximum temperature 32-35 C. Southwesterly winds 15?35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters, above 2 meters high in thundershowers and offshore.
Southern (West Coast)
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains in Ranong, Phang Nga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun. Minimum temperature 24-25 C. Maximum temperature 28-31 C Phuket upwards : Southwesterly winds 20?35 km/hr. Wave height about 2 meters and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. Krabi downwards : Westerly winds 15?35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rains Minimum temperature 26-28 C. Maximum temperature 34-37 C. Southwesterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
