General Situation

The monsoon trough lies across the upper North and the upper Laos, and the rather strong southwest monsoon still prevails over the upper Andaman Sea and Thailand while the low pressure cell covers the upper North and the upper Northeast. Isolated heavy rains are likely in the country with isolated very heavy rains in the North, the Northeast and the East regions. People in the areas should beware of heavy to very heavy rains and accumulations that may cause flash flood and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. All transports take more caution during the phenomena. The rather strong wind force the waves in the upper Andaman Sea up to 2-3 meters, above 3 meters in thundershowers. 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers for the lower Andaman Sea and the Gulf. All ships in the Gulf and the Andaman Sea should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers. Small boat in the upper Andaman Sea should keep ashore lasting 26 June.

Northeastern
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains in Loei, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Nong Bua Lamphu, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Mukdahan, Chaiyaphum, Khon Kaen, Kalasin, Roi Et, Nakhon Ratchasima and Buriram. Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 28-33 C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Central
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Lopburi and Saraburi. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 33-35 C. Southwesterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
Eastern
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains in Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 24-28 C. Maximum temperature 28-33 C. Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan and Chumphon. Minimum temperature 24-27 C. Maximum temperature 33-36 C. Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Ranong. Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 32-35 C Phang Nga upward: Southwesterly winds 20?40 km/hr. Wave height 2-3 meters and above 3 meters high in thundershowers. Phuket downward: Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters, above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rains. Minimum temperature 27-28 C. Maximum temperature 32-34 C. Southwesterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
