General Situation

The monsoon trough lies across the North and the upper Northeast of Thailand while the rather strong southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf is weakening. Isolated heavy rains are likely in the North and the Northeast regions while isolated thundershowers are likely in the South. People in the areas should beware of heavy rains and accumulations that may cause flash flood and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. The weakening wind and waves in the upper Andaman Sea are likely 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. In the lower Andaman Sea and the Gulf, the waves have about 1 meter high and above 1 meter high in thundershowers. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.

Northern
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Nan, Uttaradit, Kamphaeng Phet, Phitsanulok, Phetchabun and Tak. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 31-34 C. Variable winds 10-15 km/hr.
Northeastern
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Loei, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Nong Bua Lamphu, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Khon Kaen, Kalasin, Maha Sarakham and Roi Et. Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 31-33 C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Central
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Chainat, Lopburi, Saraburi, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Samut Sakhon and Samut Songkhram. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 33-35 C. Southwesterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
Eastern
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi, Chachoengsao, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 23-27 C. Maximum temperature 32-34 C. Southwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 1 meter high in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Isolated thundershowers mostly in Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Yala and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 33-37 C. Southwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 1 meter high in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Isolated thundershowers mostly in Ranong, Phang Nga, Phuket and Krabi. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 32-36 C Phang Nga upward: Southwesterly winds 15?35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. Phuket downward: Southwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 1 meter high in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Scattered thundershowers. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 31-34 C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
