Rains are likely in the country with isolated heavy rain remains in someplaces. During 3 ? 4 Jul , the monsoon trough will lie above the North, upper Laos into the low pressure cell over upper Vietnam while the moderate southwest monsoon still prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. More rain is forecast over the country with isolated heavy rain in the North, the Northeast, the East and the South. The moderate wind force the wave in the upper Andaman Sea up to 1 ? 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers while about 1 meter in the lower Andaman Sea and the Gulf with above 1 meter in thundershower.
Caution
During 3 ? 4 June, people in the North, the Northeast, the East and the South should beware of heavy rains and accumulations that may cause flash flood and runoff, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. All ships in the Gulf and the Andaman Sea should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers throughout the period.
