During 17 ? 19 Jul, the strong monsoon trough lies across the North and the Northeast of Thailand into the low-pressure cell over the upper South China Sea while the rather strong southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, the South, the Gulf, the Central and the East leading to heavy rains are in the country and very heavy rains are in some areas of the North, the Northeast, the East and the South (west coast). The rather strong wind forces the waves in the upper Andaman Sea up to 2 ? 3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershower while the wind and waves in the lower Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf are about 2 meters high in and above 2 meters high in thundershowers and offshore. During 20 ? 23 Jul, the monsoon trough will lie across the upper of the North and the Northeast of Thailand while the southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf will weaken. Less rains are in the country with isolated heavy rains in some places. Caution
