General Situation

The moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Isolated heavy rains are likely in the Northeast while isolated very heavy rains in the East. People in the areas should beware of heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods and overflows especially along waterways and lowlands. The moderate wind and waves in the upper Andaman Sea are likely about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershower. In the lower Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf, the waves are likely 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers. In addition, tropical depression ?PRAPIROON? over upper Vietnam. has downgraded to active low pressure cell.

Central
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Nakhon Pathom and Samut Sakhon. Minimum temperature 25-26 C. Maximum temperature 33-35 C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Eastern
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains. in Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi, Sa Kaeo, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 24-28 C. Maximum temperature 31-34 C. Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Isolated thundershowers mostly in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon and Surat Thani. Minimum temperature 25-27 C. Maximum temperature 33-36 C. Surat Thani upwards : Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. Nakhon Si Thammarat downwards : Southwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meters and above 1 meters high in thundershowers and offshore.
Southern (West Coast)
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Ranong, Phang Nga and Phuket. Minimum temperature 25-28 C. Maximum temperature 32-34 C Phang Nga upwards : Southwesterly winds 20-35 km/hr. Wave height about 2 meters and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. Phuket downwards : Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Fairly widespread thundershowers. Minimum temperature 26-27 C. Maximum temperature 33-35 C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
