General Situation

The monsoon trough lies across the upper North and upper Laos into the low-pressure cell over upper Vietnam while the moderate southwest monsoon still prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Isolated heavy rains are likely in the country while isolated very heavy rains are likely in the East. People in the areas should beware of heavy to very heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods and overflows especially along waterways and lowlands. All transports take more caution during the phenomena. The wind and waves in the upper Gulf are likely about 2 meters high. In the Andaman Sea and the lower Gulf, the waves are likely 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.

Northern
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Mae Hong Son, Chiang Rai, Phayao, Nan, Tak, Uttaradit, Phitsanulok and Phetchabun. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 29-35 C. Southwesterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
Northeastern
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Nong Bua Lam Phu, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Kalasin, Mukdahan, Amnat Charoen and Ubon Ratchathani. Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 30-34 C. Southwesterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
Central
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Nakhon Sawan, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Suphan Buri, Lopburi and Saraburi. Minimum temperature 24-27 C. Maximum temperature 32-34 C. Southwesterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
Eastern
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains in Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 24-27 C. Maximum temperature 30-34 C. Southwesterly winds 20-35 km/hr. Wave height about 2 meters and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Chumphon, Surat Thani and Nakhon Si Thammarat. Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 32-35 C. Surat Thani upwards : Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. Nakhon Si Thammarat downwards : Southwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 1 meter high in thundershowers and offshore.
Southern (West Coast)
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Ranong, Phang Nga and Phuket. Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 31-35 C Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Fairly widespread thundershowers. Minimum temperature 27-28 C. Maximum temperature 33-35 C. Southwesterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
