General Situation

The moderate monsoon trough lies across upper Myanmar and upper Laos into the low-pressure cell over upper Vietnam while the moderate southwest monsoon still prevails over the upper Andaman Sea, Thailand and the upper Gulf. Meanwhile, the confluence of the southwesterly and southeasterly winds prevail over the East and the upper Gulf of Thailand. Isolated heavy rains are likely in the North, the upper Northeast, Bangkok and its vicinity with very heavy rains in the the East regions. People in the areas should beware of heavy to very rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods and overflows especially along waterways and lowlands. The moderate wind and waves in the upper Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf are likely 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.

Northern
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Lampang, Lamphun, Phayao, Nan, Phrae, Uttaradit, Tak, Phitsanulok and Phetchabun. Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 26-31 C. Southwesterly winds 5-15 km/hr.
Northeastern
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Loei, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima, Surin, Sisaket and Ubon Ratchathani. Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 28-34 C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Central
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Chainat, Lopburi, Saraburi, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Kanchanaburi and Ratchaburi. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 31-33 C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Eastern
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains in Nakhon Nayok, Prachin Buri, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 23-27 C. Maximum temperature 29-33 C. Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Scattered thundershowers motly in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani and Nakhon Si Thammarat. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 31-35 C. Southwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Ranong, Phang Nga, Trang and Satun. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 31-34 C Phuket upwards: Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. Phuket downwards: Southwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Scattered thundershowers. Minimum temperature 26-28 C. Maximum temperature 31-34 C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
