The moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the upper Andaman Sea, Thailand and the upper Gulf while the low-pressure cell covers the upper Vietnam. Thundershower are likely in the country and isolated heavy rains are likely in the North, The upper Northeast and the East. People in the areas should beware of heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods and overflows especially along waterways and lowlands. The moderate wind and waves in the upper Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf are likely 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.

Northern
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Lamphun, Lampang, Sukhothai, Phayao, Nan, Uttaradit, Tak, Phitsanulok and Phetchabun. Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 27-33 C. Southwesterly winds 5-15 km/hr.
Northeastern
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Loei, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon and Nakhon Phanom. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 29-33 C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Central
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Nakhon Sawan, Chainat, Lopburi, Saraburi, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Kanchanaburi and Ratchaburi. Minimum temperature 24-27 C. Maximum temperature 31-34 C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Eastern
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Nakhon Nayok, Prachin Buri, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 24-28 C. Maximum temperature 30-33 C. Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 32-36 C. Southwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Ranong, Phangnga, Phuket and Krabi. Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 32-34 C Phangnga upwards: Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. Phuket downwards: Southwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Scattered thundershowers. Minimum temperature 26-28 C. Maximum temperature 32-34 C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
