Thailand Daily Weather Forecast General Situation 13 August 2024 The moderate monsoon trough lies across the upper North of Thailand and upper Laos into the low-pressure cell over upper Vietnam while the modeate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Isolated very heavy rains are likely in the upper North and isolated heavy rains are possible in the upper Northeast and the East regions. People in the areas should beware of heavy to very heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods and overflows especially along waterways and lowlands. The moderate wind and waves in the upper Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf are likely 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.

Northeastern
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Loei, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Khon Kaen, Kalasin, Mukdahan, Yasothon and Amnat Charoen. Minimum temperature 22-25 ?C. Maximum temperature 29-35 ?C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Central

Eastern

Southern (East Coast)
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani, Yala and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 23-26 ?C. Maximum temperature 33-36 ?C. Surat Thani upwards: Southwesterly winds 15 - 35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters, above 2 meters in thundershowers. Nakhon Si Thammarat downward: Southwesterly winds 15 - 30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter, above 1 meter in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Ranong, Phang Nga, Trang and Satun. Minimum temperature 24-27 ?C. Maximum temperature 32-34 ?C Phuket upwards : Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr.
