General Situation

The monsoon trough lie across upper Myanmar and upper Laos into the low-pressure cell over upper Vietnam. The convergence of the southeasterly and the southwesterly winds in the upper level prevails over the upper Northeast region while the southwest monsoon still prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Isolated very heavy rains are likely in the upper North and isolated heavy rains are possible in the Northeast, the Central and the East. People in the areas should beware of heavy to very heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods and overflows especially along waterways and lowlands. The wind and waves in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf are likely about 1 meter high and above 1 meter high in thundershowers. All ships should keep off thundershowers.

Southern (East Coast)

Southern (West Coast)
